From May 28th through June 3rd, a team of 10 people from our church travelled to Kentucky Mountain Bible College to help the people in the community whose homes were damaged in the floods that affected the area in February/March.
Throughout the week, the team removed damaged flooring, put down new plywood, and hung / mudded drywall. We also enjoyed worshipping with the families we were helping. By the end of the week, the home had just a few projects left before the family was able to move back in.
What a blessing to be the hands and feet of Jesus. We made new friends and learned a lot about each other.
