Early Childhood Worship: Pre-K – 5th Grade
Children are the heart of the Church! Sunday School is a wonderful time to learn about Jesus and the Bible while forming life long friendships! During 10am worship, our children attend “Children’s Church,” except for the 4th Sunday when they join their parents in family worship.
Check-In System
At CCN, we use a check-in system to track your child and make sure they are returned to you safely at the end of our service. When you arrive, proceed to the check-in area and someone will assist you in checking in your child. Two tags will be printed: one for your child to wear and one for you to take with you to the service. Only the person with that identifying coded tag will be able to pick-up your kiddo(s), in that same location, at the end of services.
Ministry Safe
Our ministry programs help to develop each child’s intellectual, social, spiritual or physical capacity. As they serve, ministry leaders cannot forget their responsibility to safeguard each child, as well as those who serve them. Ministry Safe was created by legal professionals who are sexual abuse experts. After decades of litigating sexual abuse cases, Gregory Love and Kimberlee Norris founded Ministry Safe to help ministries meet legal standards of care and reduce the risk of sexual abuse by creating preventative measures tailored to fit the needs of churches, camps and ministry programs.
This is an internationally recognized system, that CCN has invested in to keep your kids safe. It involves a 5 part Safety Plan: Awareness Training, Skillful Screening Process, Policies and Procedures, Background Checks, and Monitoring and Oversight.
